Tuna Steak with Aglio Olio Farfalle and Guacamole Salad

I made the steak with sashimi grade tuna that marinade with fresh grounded black pepper. The colour of the tuna steak’s survace is white with spotted black n reddish in the middle , don’t get your throat choked because the shasimi grade is save to eaten raw. The farfalle or tie pasta was cooked with simple with aglio olio style. To make a refresh sensation, i add some fresh guacamole salad to complete the dish

A. Guacamole Salad :
1/2 medium ripe avocado, cut 1x1x1 cm, smash the half ammont
1 small red union, chopped
3 leafs mint, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
2 red chilli, chopped
2 tsf grape seed oil
1 stf lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
# Toss all the ingrediens in a mixing bowl, set aside

B. Tuna steak:
225 gr sasimi grade tuna
# springkle with fresh ground black pepper and salt
# grill 1 minutes each side, set aside

C. Aglio olio Farfalle Pasta:
75 gr farfalle, boil with pack instruction
2 tsf chopped union
2 tsf chopped garlic
2 tsf chopped shallot
2 tsf chopped red chilli
4 tsf grape seed oil
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsf sea salt
1 tsf black pepper
# Heat the oil in a wok pan
# stir all the onion, garlic, shallot and chilli untill nice brown colour
# add the pasta and stir fry for 3 minutes, add the seasoning
# turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley for the last touch
Put the pasta, tuna steak and guacamole salad on the serving plate.
Voila…….
