Spaghetti krim 7 jamur, a.k.a 7 mushrooms creamy spaghetti

Spaghetti emang paling enak kalo dikombinasi dengan saus krim yang guris dan kental, penambahan jamur menambah kelezatannya, apalagi kalo sampai 7 macam jamur…
Wah…. Jd semakin istimewa

Bahan:
250 gr spaghetti, rebus sesuai petunjuk kemasan, tiriskan
150 ml krim kental
50 gr jamur shitake segar
50 gr jamur king oyster/ jamur paha ayam
50 gr jamur champion
50 gr jamur shimeji
50 gr jamur abalone
50 gr jamur tiram putih
50 gr jamur kuping
Iris semua jamur, jangan takut kebanyakan jamurnya, ntar kalo dah ditumis, pasti nyusutnya parah….
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 sdm minyak biji anggur
1 buah kaldu blok
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt lada hitam
Cara membuat :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih sampai kecoklatan, masukkan janur dan tumis sampai layu
Tuang krim, aduk merata, masukkaan garam, kaldu blok, cicipi
Setelah agak mengental, masukkan spaghettinya
Vaoila…….
This is it, spagheti krim 7 jamur ala chef de dentist !
