Roasted Stuffed Chicken with Ricotta Cheese Japapeno Pepper and Carrot

Roasted baby chicken  and stuffed with ricotta cheese, Jalapeno pepepr and carrot recipe. Baby chicken literally just a young age chicken. It’s so tender yet so flavourable due to corn feeding and organic farming. Mine was 45o gram and i think the meat fat ratio is low  so i stuffed with ricotta cheese, ground chicken, black olives, jalapeno pepper, carrot and smoked beef to make it stay moist inside. Fortunately i just brought a smal packet of long pepper to rub the chicken. Locals used to call this unique pepper as Javanese chillies pepper due to some kick’in spicy pungent flavour and aroma, so don’t u ever overdo the chicken with this spice.
