I served the Sesame crusted frenched frog leg with Spinach and Feta Cheese Stuffing Canelloni, creamy spinach puree and a little of chili oil. Playing and combining lot’s of texture and flavour is the secret of french cuisine. The sesame crustes is perfectly crispy and the frog leg meat is still juicy and succlulent, nothing possibly better than that. Instead of roasting the the frog leg, you can even deep fried, just make sure that you use enough amount of oil to completely submerged entire frog leg.

  1. Oh my. My dad use to go “froggin” late at night and bring home these huge frog legs! My mom would cook them up right then and there. It was usually midnight or a little later. She always woke us up to have some! 🙂 I was wondering what those were in the background of your cannelloni post! Very impressive.

  2. when i was a kid, 1 used to frogging in the small steam river near from my home, but never going on late night..
never had catch a huge frog like a farm raised that available in the supermarket,
but it’s all about fun actually….
lucky you my friend, this frogg is actually preety pricey compares to the chicken.
    i’ve got this aroun 5-8 $ a pound.

  3. I once ate frogs legs in a restaurant as a child – can’t say I even remember what they tasted like and not think I know of anywhere here to buy them. At least chicken legs will be a good substitute for the wonderful recipe.
    🙂 Mandy

  4. A wonderful presentation, Dedy. I bet they’re delicious. Frog legs here aren’t nearly as common as they once were. As a boy, I remember eating them often. Now, I cannot tell you the last time I enjoyed them. I need to change that.
