Resep Sreak Tuna Bumbu Cajun dengan Saud Krim Daun Dill
Grilled Cajun Style Tuna Steak with Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe. Cajun cuisine (French): Cuisine Acadienne [kɥizin akadjɛn]) is the style of cooking named for the French-speaking Acadian or “Cajun” immigrants deported by the British from Acadia in Canada to the Acadiana region of Louisiana, USA. It is what could be called a rustic cuisine — locally available ingredients predominate, and preparation is simple.
Cajun style seasoning grilled tuna fillet is sounds delish and spicy that blown your mind away once you’ve try it. There are many Cajun seasoning blends on the market today, all with their own distinct characteristics. Most are boldly flavored and sassy and representative of cajun cooking. In general, a Cajun seasoning blend might include garlic, onion, chiles, thyme, black pepper, mustard and celery. However, you can count on the fact that each Cajun seasoning blend on the market will be a little different from another. My favourite brand for cajun seasoning is Mc Cormic. Since it commonly in western cuisine, when you find it in asian groceriesor supermarket the price tag is gonna be bumped up.

My ancestors were French Canadians who didn’t get sent south but their music and traditions were very similar. I love this tuna and the photo makes me really hungry!
nicw to know you,
thx for comming by then…
I’m a tuna fan. I used to grill freshly catch ones in the Philippines. In the U.S., I tried a few but it’s not as juicy. This recipe looks delicious. I will check it out. Would Salmon work as well?
i do think salmon will fit, actually i used a store vaccum frozen tuna fillet. Sushi grade ones will be better, just make sure it’s not freezer burned yet…

McCormick seasoning? Ewwe! Tony Chacere’s, Zatarain’s or Slap ya Mama seasonings are the best option for authentic cajun seasoning!
None of them are available my supermarket….
Gonna try that someday….
